A cornerstone of this transformation is the launch of the Eagle Mindset Executive Coaching program, tailored for our Leaders and rising stars within Hampton Golf. Think of it as a real-life MBA in Hospitality Leadership, designed to foster growth both personally and professionally. This program challenges our Leaders to refine their leadership styles and amplify their impact, which in turn nurtures your growth and development.
